"The gym is top notch with a smith press, squat rack, free weights, yoga, and a lot of cardio machines. The staff are excellent. Rooms updated. Breakfast buffet is rather sparse and not worth it, go a la carte if you must eat there. Views, locations, pools, gym, store, and restaurants are all great. I will come back again!"

"The room was clean, the breakfast was always good. The beds are ok. I only have a few complaints. 1) the air didn’t work in the hotel room I never brought this up because regardless it was still comfortable. 2) the hot tub really needs to be maintained the paint is chipping it was not like this 3 years ago when I was there. 3) they just need more room for breakfast but that’s not easy to fix. The staff is super friendly and helpful, parking is easy and included. I love seeing and hearing the military planes and helicopters. I also love how close it is to some great restaurants, Pizza Nova is amazing and across the street. I will go back here if looking for a hotel to stay in San Diego "

"Hot tub good. Pool good. Lobby needs brighter lighting or just more light as its very dark. View if u get the right one is nice. But parking 21 dollar fee will make me likely not stay here again esp when they ask me for my ID just to get a new pass when we extended our stay...did you have private equity bean counters squeeze every last penny out? Upset there are no free chargers anymore. Staff is very nice. Cleaning staff and maintenance guys are awesome. Lady at the bar at night server always smiles so she gets an A plus. Front desk is passable but nothing that stands out just meh. You need to train them better to welcome guests."
