Located in heart of OB. The hotel is easy to park and right on the beach. Rooms and bathrooms are small and very clean. The room was a bit noisy—you can hear other rooms (TV, conversations) and you are in the flight path for LAX so we heard planes constantly at night. If you like being in the gritty and lively part of the beach and don’t need luxurious accommodations, this is a great, clean and convenient choice. You can walk everywhere. Great view of beach and people watching.

Everyone was very nice. Nice store by reception for snacks. Partial ocean view wasn’t great since the bed was so close to the window, there wasn’t a screen and people walked right by your bed. Toilet is practically touching the sink.

The rooms have paper thin walls and you hear everything that your neighbors are doing. The floor left you sock balck they were so grimy and dirty.

Kind and helpful staff. Bathroom was clean but lots of issues. Needed repairs - running toilet, huge scrapes in walls, shower needed maintenance.

The location is perfect! We were so pleased to be able to view the ocean practically right from our room! The staff was very pleasant and accommodating. We will return!
