A cozy and cute place to stay at for short or long term. It is a vibrant environment with lively music and nice place to eat. Everything was nice, walls are very thin so you hear anyone walking around. Traffic noise is loud but didn’t bother us, it was white noise. Looks like the have a cool restaurant, but it’s closed on Sunday and Monday. Not sure why it’s closed on a Sunday. Great location.

What an amazing hotel. Richard was phenomenal. He was very welcoming and knowledgeable of the establishment and the area. The restaurant at the hotel Ponyboy was incredible also. I highly recommend staying at The Pearl. What a gem. There’s a pool at the center and a big screen with movies playing during dinner and drinks. I loved staying there. I’ll be back.

I was able to check in to my room early and the front desk person was very accommodating. Great proximity to the piers and walk to coffee. The room was adorable but was showing wear & could use some upkeep in a few places (bathroom door warping). Overall definitely worth the value and then design is mid-century mod and totally a vibe! The restaurant Ponyboy on-site is quaint and adorable and the staff was amazing. Food - banging.

The hotel was in a great location. Close to good dining options and walkable activities to include morning coffee. Only complaint was the bed- way too soft , so a bit rough waking up. But small complaint compared to the other amazing things the hotel had such as the downstairs restaurant Ponyboy.
