We arrived at the property 2.5 hours before check in time & did the pre-check in process where they told us "it's in the last stage of being cleaned, we will call once the room is ready." We ended up waiting almost 2 hrs after check in time to get a room which we had to go to the desk to ask if our room was ready. We also asked for a handicap/ADA room for my grandma but when arriving to the room it had about 8-10...
