"We used this hotel to spend one night to catch a plane out of Madrid in the morning and it was perfect for this purpose. When we are staying in Madrid for sightseeing we stay at a hotel on the gran via. Very convenient shuttle was on time and efficient. The breakfast was great and we ate at the restaurant for dinner at the adjacent segment of the hotel the night before and the meal was really good as well. There were youth soccer teams staying there and having fun so the hotel has a family vibe about it. Perfect for the purpose."

"At first, we were reluctant to stay at an airport hotel. But family had booked ahead there as it turned out when ended up being quite pleased. Even though we plan to stay only for one night initially we ended up staying for three more until we left Madrid for a flight to Athens. And as it turns out the hotel was conveniently located for such a flight. But other than that, it was much like a welcome resort hotel where staff were very helpful in planning our days in Madrid. Restaurant was an excellent place to enjoy an evening meal or a morning breakfast. A highlight was spending a whole afternoon by the hotel pool sunbathing and enjoying the relaxed atmosphere of the hotel."

"Helpful staff. Elegant propert. Very nice and clean room. We stayed one night here to be be close to the Ridyadh for a concert. About 10/15 minute drive to the stadium/30 minute walk - which was great! This property is also about 10/15 minutes drive from the airport(MAD). Would stay here again!"
