"Everything is good except they will chargr you for storage package/luggage with an arm and a leg. So do no storage your luggage or packages. The stay is nice thou and the room is very clean "

"Breakfast was awesome and the staff did an amazing job keeping it stocked on a busy weekend. The only complaint I have is outside the hotel's control. The attached parking is a public parking garage that is very tight and fills up fast when there are events in town. The hotel doesn't own the lot so they aren't able to reserve it just for hotel guests. The room was perfect and everything was clean and tidy. We would come back! Front desk staff were also very helpful!"

"Location is amazing. The hotel was built in 1893 and it shows. The history attached to the hotel is pretty cool, but the place is in dire need of renovation. great location for the Art Institute and the Aquarium. Walk to both and the park is directly across the street. "

"The room was fantastic and breakfast on the roof was well done. The beds, however, weren't the most comfortable. Also, unless you are going to a convention, there is not a lot around there to eat or do. Have a big Uber budget."

"This condo is an absolute gem! My husband and our friends were looking for a place to stay for the C2E2 convention at McCormick Center, and not only was this place the perfect location, but it is one of the most beautiful and cozy properties we have ever stayed at! The beds were so comfy we didn’t want to get up in the morning, it’s spacious and very private and the area was so quiet and peaceful! Beautiful kitchen and the place was stocked with everything we needed. The host was so incredibly welcoming and accommodating! Everyone was fighting over the massage chair haha! Plenty of parking right in front of the property too! We can’t wait to go back next year! "

"Great location! Close to all the areas we wanted to visit. Outdoor area was nice, would be even better in warmer months. My daughter loved playing with the basketball (a small goal would be a nice addition!) We had hoped to use the hot tub as the temps were mid-60's on our first day, but with it being March the hot tub area had not yet been readied for the season. We loved the upper balcony. Garage parking was a huge plus! Location felt safe. Good communication from the hosts. Floors were kind of dirty, but overall the unit was clean. We would stay at this location again!"
