"The indoor and outdoor pools are both unheated. During the colder months they are not usable. The rooms were clean however they only were cleaned once on our 3 night stay. Room service was very slow and we ran out of toilet paper one day."

Great staff, priceless views, a very good kitchen and a welcoming lounge - all good. This is a hundred year old building so the rooms are compact at best.
