The only downside is noise- when the upstairs unit is occupied, every footstep can be heard quite loudly in the downstairs unit, especially in the main bedroom. I would suggest placing a note in the upstairs unit to make occupants aware of noise from walking and running."

"This is a well-appointed, stylish, comfortable and extravagantly spacious residence with two complete bathrooms and a full kitchen. The property is in very good condition and the generous array of faux-period furnishings are both tasteful and comfortable. Everything expected was there and it mostly worked as expected – see below for what didn’t. "Location was great. House was very clean, tidy and spacious which we loved. Lots of communication from the host which was good, however quite a few duplicate messages which became a little confusing. Just a small suggestion, a few more coffee cups (there was only 2) and some extra crockery (serving bowls/plates) and cooking utensils (tongs, baking dish etc) would’ve made it perfect. "
