"Perfect stay from the lovely owner on checking in, the location(next street to main st) with lots of pubs, cafes, small iga supermarket, anything you need for a really pleasant stay in Rutherglen. Was there for a wedding at one of tge wineries, 10 min away from Rutherglen. Room was very clean and had everything needed for a great stay."

"There was no kitchen, no dining room. The overall hotel was very cheap looking. The entrance was ok and so was the reception with nice attendants. The lift was a goods lift and as goods lifts are poor. Had to get up two steps to get there. My room was enormous as if there was a family occupying it. The bedroom was well away from the bedroom, which does not suit me at my age. Asked for another one, NOThing available. Tried to get into the other Quest hotel, but that could not be done as I had paid through Expedia. Both hotels are owned by the same person, which I found out later. Eventually after some hours got the appartment that was belonging to the same room. Much better with a toilet close by. While I was there no cleaning of the floors or bathroom was done. Got new towels and that was all. Not a very good hotel for the amount I have paid. Very 😞😞😞😞😞😞"
