"The location was excellent. The staff went above all expectations. The full breakfast was the BEST we had ever seen! This boutique hotel was so lovely and yet cozy. Don’t miss having a sunset moment at the rooftop restaurant/bar. Beautiful hotel with a balance mix of modern and nod to history. "

"I saw a huge crockroach crawling on the bowls as I was getting breakfast and the staff just took it away and laughed about it like it's normal. It was so gross. Coffee maker was broken and stuff tried to fix but couldn't fix it. The toilet kept running and so it was hard to sleep. Took them 2 days before they had someone fix it. The staff are grumpy and not friendly except for a few people. The area near train station is very sketchy so would not recommend for kids. My kids were scared walking around. We witness a huge fist fight in front of the hotel. Omg. "
