"Pros: a very basic room, comfortable and clean. Quite. Close to many dining options and shopping. Good breakfast. Easy check out. Friendly staff Cons: no onsite parking- some on street parking and parking garage nearby (decent price). really wasn't too bad -there was no one at the desk for check-in, it seemed odd. we had received an e-mail with the door code to get in the building and our key was in the room. It worked out fine, but just seemed weird "

"Didn't expect to find a hotel of this caliber in a small town like Rodez. Exceeded expectation. Loved the spacious shower and toilet room. Although the deco was modest, the room was comfortable. "

"The hotel is exactly as pictured. It is in an excellent location literally 1-2 blocks from the historical sites/neighborhood. The front desk staff are so helpful and friendly. Great breakfast. "

"Hotel management was aware that there is an annual outdoor theatrical performance directly adjacent to the hotel that runs from 22:00-00:30 for a number of days. It was so incredibly loud. Hotel management should have notified guests ahead of time and at least provided earplugs. I had a long day of travel and an early morning appointment. When I called that hotel staff that night and spoke with them the following morning at checkout they made me feel like the problem. That’s not hospitality! They could have offered a change of room, a free breakfast, a late checkout, a partial refund, but no, I was told to call the police and that no one else complained. The quality of staff matters in hospitality. Someone should take a star away from this hotel."
