The woman who checked us out was not friendly, not busy and still unfriendly. We seemed to be the only guests at hotel but they put us in a room with zero views of anything but a grey wall. "

"Access to this hotel is via the sister hotel up the road. This is where reception and breakfast are located. The young man on duty spoke good French but was completely unhelpful and without a grasp of customer service - when I explained the dangerous condition of the lift, he tried to defend it! The lift is only big enough for 1 person plus a bag but when I tried to reverse out of the lift,my foot was caught on the 8cm lip of the lift shaft and I fell over backwards,hitting my head, back and...

"Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre nuit à l'hôtel B&B de Rodez lors d'un séminaire, et reviendrons avec plaisir! Seul bémol la moquette n'est pas par nature totalement hygiénique, et peut-être faire un effort dans la chambre sur la qualité café et il 'n''y a pas de thé ou infusion, dommage..."

I gave it full stars because you can’t apply the standard of the plaza to a two star hotel you apply the two star standard. This is simply an excellent bargain "
