"I really loved this place—it was super cute and looked just like the pictures. The location was great, and the courtyard added a nice touch. I also felt very safe during my stay. My only issue was that we ran out of hot water on our last morning while trying to shower. I was told after that each stay has a limited amount of hot water, and we had used ours up. The room was very small, old, and had an unpleasant smell. The overall atmosphere felt uncomfortable and even a bit creepy, which made it hard to relax. "Located right in the middle of Toulouse old town, host was clear and self-check in process was easy. The unit is nice with updated fixtures. The main bed is fine, however the secondary bed (futon) is extremely uncomfortable and not great for an adult, so this unit is better suited to a couple or a family with young kids rather than adults travelling together."
