Most disappointing stay of our 51/2 week trip to France

We found communication with the host slow and disinterested. We arrived to the smoke alarm ringing and little to no internet. We were told to disable the alarm and wait several days for batteries. They were delivered the day after we were told to expect them and they were the wrong size. The alternate internet link we were given didn’t exist. We had intended to work and couldn’t. That is when we gave up asking for help. A kitchen cupboard was broken and there was no ironing board. The sheets didn’t fit the bed and slipped off revealing a dirty mattress protector. We replaced it with the thin old sheets intended for the sofa bed. The rug was dirty, ripped and had holes in it There was no hand towel. The bathroom smelled stale.. The first time we used the microwave, smoke poured out. We would have left after the first hour but we could not afford to pay for a second apartment, and we were not convinced we would be refunded.

En plein centre.

Logement, idéal pour un couple : tout petit mais bien agencé. La chambre à coucher n'a pas de fenêtre.L'appartement se situe dans une rue pietonne, plein centre de Toulouse, ce qui est à la fois un avantage et un inconvénient : nuisances sonores importantes par les sans-abris du coin, qui s' alcoolisent chaque soir.Logement propre, bonne communication avec l'hôte.

L'appartement est bien placé, on était 3 personnes il n'y avait que 2 serviettes, Les draps du lit étaient pas très propres il n'y avait pas de drap de dessus , la couette était toute tachée, j'ai passé une nuit blanche Très déçue

El apartamento está céntrico y es tranquilo ya que sus ventanas son insonoras. La cama no es cómoda y la ropa de cama es algo vieja,deberían cambiar eso ya que su precio no es bajo y los viajeros pedimos confort. Me gusta pero tengo mejores alojamientos
