"The hotel is great, water was not. They tired to clean the beach but water was horrible. Apparently it’s like that from May to November..No Bueno. They had plenty of pools to compensate for the beach area. Everything else at hotel is great. "

"Everything was great The only thing that I see they have to improve is spray the whole complex for the mosquitoes and the show have to be more longer a least into midnight,, because some people like old they don't like to hangout outside But other than that was great "

"Everybody was very warm and welcoming. All waiters made you feel at home. The beach access was always clean and walkable. There was never a lack of available sun beds. Jorge and Eloy at the swim-up bar were always there with a smile. The restaurant options were good especially the asian one. The italian cuisine one (capri grill) left us a little bit underwhelmed. (I.e.: the beef carpaccio was under seasoned. Lola's it depended on who was cooking that day, I guess. The first time we went everything was well seasoned and had a good service, but the second time, everything was bland and under-seasoned. We also saw people getting served before us, even though they came in later."
