"Hubert is quiet, but upon meeting him he was friendly and he had everything at the apartment prepared perfectly! The property is roomy for 1 and could easily sleep 4 with the two lofts. The space was very clean, and the location was good to get to Vieux Lyon in about 20 minutes. Thank you for having me!"

"Quite small but very nice. Could do with a spruce up, but there is nothing wrong with what you get. Very close to everything and everywhere you want."

"A great chalet in Morzine. Generous sized rooms, comfy beds and great communal facilities including the hot tub and sauna made this the ideal base for a weeks skiing. Super close to the free D bus to get to the lifts and stunning views over the town, particularly pleasant to watch the torch parade and fireworks on Thursday night."

"First floor flat with the owner residing on the ground floor. Use of pleasant garden and facilities. Good off road parking. Due to our age we would have preferred a dedicated walk in shower to a hipster bath and shower combined."

"Property was in an excellent location and easy to find as it was one of three round tower buildings. Ski in and out, 100m to supermarket, bars and restaurants."

"Two minute walk from train to great apartment in very lively area. Beautiful rooftop deck with 360 degree views, can’t be beat! John’s instructions were very clear and thorough. We had to reach out once and he took care of us right away. Very close to everything. Bars, restaurants, shopping, even a small supermarket. Thank you for the hospitality John!"

"Wir sind eine Familie mit zwei Teenagern und hatten das Apartment gebucht, um eine Woche lang in Chamonix Ski zu fahren. Bereits beim Eintritt in das Chalet fiel uns ein eigenartiger Geruch auf. Beim Verräumen stellten wir fest, dass an vier von fünf Fensterbänken bzw. der Laibung schwarzer Schimmel vorhanden war. Im Bad zeigte ein Großteil der sichtbaren Fußleisten starken Schimmelbefall. Das Bad hat keine Heizung und auch keine separate Lüftungseinrichtung, dafür aber viel Holzvertäfelung....

"l’appartement est sympa mais le canapé est défoncé, la poussière est l’occupant principale des lieux la poignée de porte est cassée dans les toilettes la porte du frigo trône dans le salon le fauteuil est complètement usé et les chutes de simili se répandent dans l’appartement les miettes des precedents locataires tapissés les tabourets, les vitres sont innommables le hall d’entrée est un débarras( tapis, tv ) c’est vraiment dommage !"

"We had a great trip to Annecy and this apartment was just perfect. Beautiful view, comfortable furniture, great location. Cedric met us for check in and check out, and the whole process was super easy. We walked into town a few times a day, as it was an easy walk from the apartment. There were even some nice extras like a cart to take to the market and some grocery bags. If we ever come back, we’d definitely stay again."

"Bel appartement avec une salle de bain spacieuse et tout ce qu'il faut pr cuisiner. Manque cependant un ventilateur, chaleur la nuit malgré les fenêtres ouvertes. Manque également un petit meuble pr ranger ses vêtements. Appart assez bien situé par rapport au tram."

"Virtually everything was excellent. From the size of the unit to the materials within, we had a wonderful experience. All the contact information was great (pictures made everything easy to understand). Of note, we had a minor crisis when an electrical issue locked us out of the unit. However, within 30 minutes, an email with the owner had it resolved. Simply, we were very well attended. Two things for American travelers to be aware: 1 - all contact was in English and we had no communication...

"IMPOSIBLE DORMIR. Zona de ocio toda la noche la gente gritando, mucho tránsito de coches, claxón, coches derrapando. Para no volver. El water en el comedor, el lavabo en la habitación. Cuando salías del water te golpeabas con la caja de luces. "

"Advertised for 4 people but should be for 3 as sofa bed in lounge only suitable for 1 person. Agency would not allow extra mattress, so had to change accommodation with 100€ extra to pay. Outside area with table and chairs filthy from pidgeons and kitchen window did not lock. Otherwise would have been fine. Excellent location."
