Apartments in Annecy

"This was a lovely flat in a perfect location for strolling along Lake Annecy towards Old Town. The balcony looks out over a busy avenue but was a nice spot to enjoy breakfast. While on a busy street there was not a lot of street noise at night which was a plus. We were able to get a parking spot within the gated allotment for the building but there are several paid parking lots very close by if needed."

"Gorgeous view, great location within walking distance to Annecy old city center. Good large unit. Parking was very hard to find initially. Needed better instructions. Although the unit was generally clean, the furniture was quite dated and in need of deep cleaning. The curtains were dirty, tattered and frayed. There are some easy updates that would make this a 5 star. "

"My partner and I had a wonderful time in this appartement. It is vey cosy and the host are very friendly. And the lac is only at 3 minutes (walking). We recommend!"

"We enjoyed our stay in Annecy, a beautiful and charmig town, highly frequented by tourists like us. The apartment presented itself exactly as described in the internet - a very nicely designed and harmonic place. Don't be irritated when you enter the buildings' a bit of commercial staircase, you'll definitely feel at home after having entered these charming rooms. "C’était Parfait"

"This is a small small room. It is in an old building and all a bit of a mess. Pictures do not give you true perspective of the room. Bed is against the wall so you have to climb over each other to get in bed. We love Annecy but this room was a big disappointment. A lot of money for what it is, untidy, not particularly clean . If you are over 21 do not stay here."
