I want to emphasize that my comments are meant as constructive feedback rather than criticism of the owner or management.
The biggest issue is the listing description. The property is advertised as a one-bedroom apartment, but it is actually a very small studio with the kitchen, living area, and sleeping area all in one room. While it may work for one or two people, I cannot imagine four guests staying there comfortably as the listing suggests. A more accurate description would help set realistic expectations.
Another concern was that we were informed bed linens and towels were not included only after the reservation became non-refundable. While this may be common in some parts of Europe, travelers from the United States generally expect these basic necessities to be provided. This information should be clearly disclosed before booking.
Finding the property was also more difficult than expected because the directions were not given. However, once we located it, the check-in instructions and access codes worked perfectly.
I simply believe that updating the listing to accurately describe the apartment, clarifying the occupancy, providing better directions, and communicating essential information before booking would prevent misunderstandings and create a much better experience for future guests.
