"Great location. Place includes kitchen. Overall the house was clean but not updated. We enjoyed our staty."

"We enjoyed staying at this property very much. There are some lovely restaurants and pubs right around the corner. The neighborhood is beautiful! The only thing I would say is that the pillows were a bit uncomfortable, but other than that, we had a great stay. "

"The host did not give us the key pickup location and I had to call en route to find this out. There were several cleanliness issues which were reported during the stay. The main issue was that the boiler is situated in the top/fourth bedroom and whenever anyone in the flat uses hot water, it fires up, making it impossible to sleep. I would consider this property a 3 bedroom not 4."

"Hotels.com messed up. Was never allowed to check in because the apartment owner demanded to be paid directly and not by the Hotels.com and that is after paying hotels.com upfront. I just want my money refunded. Period. "

"Beautiful home, very close to public transportation and a market. Stayed during an heatwave and even without AC the rooms cooled off nicely at night. Kids loved all having a space and the manual for house came with lots of tips for town. Great stay. "

"Location, location, location! The hotel is a block from Trafalgar square and walkable to many of the key sites. It's walkable to shopping, restaurants, buses, the tube, hop on and hop off buses. The staff is very friendly and provided great suggestions to restaurants and sites to see. The hotel is very clean and has a washing machine at no charge for guests to use. I would definitely stay again at the hotel for my next trip to London."
