"The quality/price rate is excellent. The location is in a brand-new area of development, so everything near is real good. The only drawback is that you eill need a cab or rent a car if you want to go to the beaches or downtown. You are away from everything that Florianopolis stand for. "I cannot recommend this place enough. The owner was extremely welcoming and helpful. We arrived early after a night bus, he offered us a free breakfast and rearranged bookings so we could check straight in. The breakfast was really good with a lot of selection. We liked the place so much that we choice to stay another night and he gave us a very reasonable price. Despite the low cost you had a compact kitchen with the basic cutlery and saucepans, a good size bedroom with TV and a nice size...
