Check in/out process was easy and quick, amenities were good, room was tidy and breakfast was ok. Only stayed for 1 night so can’t really provide a more detailed review but all things considered it’s a great place to stay for the price, especially for the location, literally in the heart of Florianópolis.

Cozy hotel are the center of Florianópolis

Very cozy hotel at the center of Florianópolis. Very nice place to stay if you have businesse tasks to do here, but not for tourism. The restaurant is also excellent and prices are not expensive.

A avaliação baixa se deu pelo seguinte : Capturar imagem com celular do documento pessoal do hóspede para cadastro, ñ deveria ser uma prática do hotel. Péssimo! Existem outras maneiras mais seguras para o hospede de fazer o cadastro.

O quarto era até confortável, mas o problema foi o estacionamento, paguei a diária mas não tinha vaga. O estacionamento é rotativo o que não foi em nenhum momento informado no check-in. Nosso carro ficou em outro estacionamento que não fica dentro do hotel, assim dificultando nossa locomoção, pois tínhamos que deixar a chave do carro na recepção além de apenas o manobrista poder ter acesso para pegar o carro. Reclamei com o hotel e ainda acharam ruim. Segundo andar o corredor com cheiro horrível de xixi. Boa localização mas não indico.
