The place was very beautiful and clean, and the service was excellent. The only detail is that the location isn’t well signposted, so it was a bit difficult to find the name of the place. Other than that, it’s a very pleasant place to stay.

O apartamento é confortável e tem todas as comodidades para uma longa estadia. A localização é muito boa para quem precisa chegar facilmente na universidade. É próximo ao centro, com 20 minutos de ônibus. Entretanto, fica a pelo menos uma hora de viagem de qualquer praia, então dependendo da intenção, a localização pode pesar. A limpeza do apartamento depende de você comunicar no aplicativo e só a partir do terceiro dia, então fica mais a cargo do cliente. Nesse sentido, não tem comodidade como um hotel, ficando mais próximo de uma casa. Mas o preço é como se fosse. Você terá que descer seu lixo e nem sempre vai conseguir sacos para deposita-los. Toda a entrada e saída é feita por reconhecimento facial e não raramente você vai sair e voltar sem encontrar ninguém. A portaria, com algumas pessoas muito simpáticas e atenciosas e outras nem tanto, é só uma portaria, não espere muito mais que isso.

O quarto é bom e confortável, cozinha bem equipada. O horario do check-in, às 16h, é ruim, perde-se muito do dia transitando com as malas pela cidade. Não autorizam esperar o horário de check-in no hall, se você chegar um pouco adiantado. É um ponto muito negativo. Também tentei contato com o chat de noite e não obtive resposta. O sistema de reconhecimento facial é muito bom e fácil de utilizar. O maior defeito mesmo é em relação a questão do check-in

O local esta de parabéns em tudo. Tivemos um impasse e eles buscaram resolver. Os funcionarios sao fantásticos. Muito solicitos e prestativos. Os ambientes têm um cheiro muito bom. Ate perguntei o que usavam. Kkk. Tem de tudo la. Mercado do lado, farmacia tb. Proximo de um shopping, porem para esse nao da para ir a pe. No Azza tem uma lavanderia ,sem custo, inclusive, sala de reuniao, um espaco no terraço para arejar, o estacionamento pratico. Adorei.

Excelente em tudo, quarto super bem equipado, limpo, cama confortável, super prático o sistema de reconhecimento facial, diria que até melhor que ficar carregando cartões. Próximo de vários bares e mercados, 15 min do centro. Ótimo custo benefício. Único porém é o horario do checkout, as 10. Mas possuem uma coowork para continuar trabalhando até meio dia.

10/10 com certeza. Me chamou atenção a limpeza impecável, pois pra mim é indispensável. Os funcionários do local são muito prestativos, ajudam no que precisar, dão dicas. Não precisa nem comprar água, pois no 7 andar tem um filtro de água, é só levar a jarra que tem no armário do quarto e encher. Tem padaria próximo q dar pra tomar café pela manhã, mercadinho, restaurante… enfim, achei excelente.
