We arrived at 12 noon and the rooms were ready but they didn't allow us to check in unless we pay 10 USD per room. Very unpleasant staff.

Great customer service! Nice room and very accommodating. Small little bugs, smaller than ants were on the wall but they didn't bite. Just noticed them. But overall great hotel!
