좋은점> 1. 어린 아이가 있는 가족여행에 적합합니다. 콘도출입문이 바로해변으로 연결되기 때문입니다. 아담한 해변에서 아파트에 비치된 해변의자를 가져가 쉬고 모래장난하기 좋습니다. 2. 바로 아래에 식당들이 있어 저녁해결하기 좋습니다. 3. 수퍼, 약국등이 주변에 많아 물이나 간단 약품을 구매하기 좋습니다 예약시 주의할점> 호텔과 레지던스를 잘확인해서 예약하세요. 우리는 3명으로 구성된 가족이고, 호텔인줄알고 예약했더니 레지던스였습니다. 레지던스는 조식이 포함되지않습니다 대신 조리도구가 갖춰진 주방이 있습니다 문제점> 1. 온수보일러가 벽에 부착된 전자식입니다. 수압이 약하고 온도조절이 불가능합니다. 2. 침구청소상태가 불량합니다 침대에 누웠을때 먼지 냄새가 심하게 났고, 안방침대에서는 흰 시트에서 많은 머리카락이 발견되어 교체를 부탁했습니다.

Localização maravilhosa, pé na areia e perto de tudo. A casa muito boa mas poderiam fazer alguns reparos (geladeira descascando, abajur com mofo, cupim) que ficaria 100%. Mas para quem tem criança pequena é muito boa a infra do condomínio

Excelente el lugar. En líneas generales todo muy bueno, hermoso y en muy buenas condiciones. Las casas súper completas con todas las comodidades. A mi criterio, lo único que creo le faltaría al condominio es una piscina para los días que no se puede hacer playa por la marea alta.
