"The location of this property was amazing and allowed us to enjoy so many parts of the city. Wonderful restaurants, cafes, along with the park were all in walking distance. The duplex was spotless, had beautiful city views, comfortable beds in addition to great amenities like a balcony, a 16th floor gym/terrace and underground parking. "The apartment is very nice and spacious with a separate loft that can be used as a work area. The views are amazing from the balcony and I will request to book this again whenever I stay in Quito."

"The location across from parque la Carolina and the property were what we had been looking for. Security and lobby area were managed well. The condo unit had an ideal view of the area. Our only issue was that it was dirty around floors. It appeared to have had a party before us and not cleaned well."
