Paul and Freddie were awesome! Very helpful, friendly and professional. Freddie went out of his way to talk to us about the culture of the area, which we loved. A first class operation and the rooms were charming and perfect for our stay! When in Quito, this would be a perfect spot to rent for several weeks. Our family of four loved our stay at Old Town Quito Suites. Everything was immaculate, well cared for, and thoughtfully designed and curated. The staff was friendly, inquisitive, and helpful, especially in arranging early morning transportation and responding to communications. Upon arrival, your room has a fresh loaf of local bread, a stocked fridge for breakfast and snacks, and a generous fruit bowl. We also enjoyed the proximity to the local Cafe San Blas up the street - a charming mom-and-daughter operation with delicious food and the best milkshakes ever, according to my 12-year-old. Don't hesitate to book your stay at this lovely gem!

Our 4 night stay was wonderful. Can’t say enough good things about the staff—pleasant, kind, extremely helpful. Loved the daily restocking of fresh fruits and breads. Close to the central market (don’t miss it) and the historic center (though a block or two of slightly dodgy area to get there—just stay aware of your surroundings). Highly recommend booking some of their suggested tours. The guides they work with are extraordinary. I felt like I won the lottery when we got Javier as our guide for a day. Book it now! You won’t regret it

Soooo safe don’t cancel your reservation. There is no sketchy part get an amazing tour for so cheap with Xavier we walked all around by ourself and then he took us to papalleta and Cotopaxi these people are so desperate for work and they were just recovering it’s like living in Michigan and tell people not to go to New York City because New York City is way scarier stop cancelling it’s sooo safe and fun

A special place
Just a fantastic boutique hotel. Our room was “high ceilings” and it was beautifully decorated. Stuck my head into a couple of other rooms on Sunday and they are all unique and just as nice. Location is perfect, walking distance to all of old town and on a very quiet street. Staff were so kind and would help us at any point, we did our best in Spanish but all were fluent in English as well. 100% recommending to friends and family.

Like a home away from home
Old Town Quito was like a home away from home. Spacious comfortable rooms with added ambiance of a gas fire. Bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. The fresh fruit, bread and further breakfast supplies were delicious and delivered daily. All the staff went over and above to make our stay more than we could ask for.
