"This is an older hotel in Quito. We stayed here for a conference. The facilities are old and should be updated, but the staff does everything possible to make up for it. Everyone was extremely helpful and the concierge. Many terrific suggestions that really changed our visit. We appreciate the effort that everyone put in to help our stay.
