However, I would recommend for those who are low budget travelers but who are willing to take a break and rest in their amazing hot springs. "I don't want to over sell this place because the rooms were rustic ( no shower head but good hot water) The staff was great and friendly, the food was good, the views and hike on the property was fantastic. But it is a rustic place so it is not perfect. For the price it was good and I am glad we stayed here, just don't get your expectations too high for luxury rooms."

"This lodge is located off the beaten track. It takes about 20 min to get here from Mindo on a narrow dirt road. The accommodation is basic but nice. Staff is small but very attentive. My cabin was spacious with one queen sized bed and three single beds (two of them in a loft). Nature around the lodge is beautiful."

"At first looking at the price it seemed a little high but it was totally worth it. From the very start they were outstanding. We arrived very late because of a flight delay and they were there to let us in. They were helpful in making sure that we could get to see the places and things we wanted to see without. The grounds were beautiful, the room was clean and the bed was super comfortable. I really liked the kitchen to bring stuff back and enjoy. Ronnie was the best and I enjoyed talking to him. If I get to Mindo again, I will stay there for sure."
