"Everything was great personal very warming "

"Rude front desk staff on arrival. Put me into a mobility room when I had booked a higher level room. When asked to change it was a long discussion but in the end I was given the room I paid for. Check out is 11am. Wouldn’t consider a later check out. When I took a shower at 8:30am there was no hot water. Don’t recommend. A disaster. Shame as location is great but very poor front desk staff. "

"NOT SAFE, do not stay here. I live in Ecuador and have come to this place a few times. However, this time I brought my elderly parents. My dad, 75 years old, got altitude sick and had a hypertensive crisis. It was 5:30 in the morning. We immediately had to get out and get to medical care so we drove to the gate; however, despite telling the guard what was happening and confirming that our booking was fully paid through Expedia, they refused to let us out and said we needed to wait until 7 am!!! It was truly unbelievable and they would not change their approach. Finally the front desk lady came and allowed us to check out, after 30 minutes of urgently and stressfully trying to negotiate with the guards. We felt trapped and incredibly unsafe. Heaven forbid the medical crisis was more urgent, I can’t imagine what could have happened. When i asked the front desk lady why they could not just charge my card on file or call me and get the card details so we could prioritize getting my dad to care, she said even though they take the credit card at check in they don’t keep it on file for whatever reason, and she stood by their policy that no one is allowed out without reporting to the front desk during business hours. Absolutely do not recommend this place; medical emergencies can happen any time and you do not want to be held captive during one like we were. They don’t care about anything but your $40, and this experience is one i never wish on anyone."

"Modern, new hotel, eco friendly, great food (even organic options), comfortable beds, great location close to everything, super friendly staff, they all went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Dog friendly, my little Yorkie loved the garden and loved Noah, the hotel pet. Couldn’t ask for more, thank you for an amazing experience. Would definitely recommend it to my friends."
