This isn’t really an airport hotel, it’s more like a destination resort. The hotel itself is so clean and well maintained you would this it was grand opening week and not (I think) eight years old. The breakfast buffet was amazing and the two dinners we had in the dining room were delicious. The pool was beautiful, the rooms spacious and spotless, the bed extremely comfortable, the linens crisp and like new. We did not use the spa but I feel certain it too is amazing. As nice as the hotel property is, what makes it truly special is the staff. It seems like everyone’s mission in life is to make sure your stay is memorable for all the right reasons. We stayed at 3 different fairly high end properties in Quito and this one was, by far, our favorite. I will definitely look for the EB brand on future travels.
