"While the view from our room was amazing, the lounge room furniture was stained, which left us feeling uncomfortable to sit on. The front bathroom door kept closing, so we had to prop it open with the bin!"

"We really enjoyed our stay at the Novotel Queenstown Lakeside overall. The room was cared for daily with clean towels(if needed) and bed made. The hotel itself is situated at the edge of the lake by a wonderful botanical garden. The staff was welcoming and helpful. We didn't need to interact with desk help much after check-in. definitely a great recommendation for staying in Queenstown."
