"The house and location is amazing. It’s spacious and has the best view! We loved the days in the pool overlooking the ocean. The property manager Louis is awesome. Super responsive and helpful. He gave us restaurant and excursion recommendations! We even ran into him at one of the restaurants and he sent our kids ice cream! What a host!! The secure gate was nice - we felt safe! We would book this place again in a heartbeat! "

"Casa Artistica was perfect for my family. We loved being able to walk to the beach and so many great restaurants, bars, coffee shops and surf shops. The layout was great for a family with 2 teens. Lots of space and privacy but nice communal spaces for togetherness! Tiny drawbacks: the construction going on next door and across the street was noisy and annoying. Also, the living room furniture was not super comfortable or set up well for TV viewing, but fortunately, we didn't do much of that!...

"This is a beautiful, very private property in easy walking distance from the beach and town. It’s very well appointed and well kept- spotlessly clean and everything in good working order. The kitchen has everything needed to make full meals at home. The trees around the property are full of wildlife and the pool was clean, beautiful, and refreshing. We enjoyed our stay tremendously and will definitely return."

"First, I did not realize how big this property was. It was recommended by friends who have stayed there and go often. Plenty big for a large family or two smaller families ideally to share the space and cost. The best parts, location, open space, small pool, and midday shade around the pool. The property sits less than a block from one of the main beach accesses - excellent for checking surf conditions, heading down with gear, or hitting the must see sunset.
