Staff were very good, had everything you would need for a few days stay, fridge,toaster,microwave,iron and board,hairdryer even a washing line The only thing that let it down was the cleanliness but in saying that, sheets ,pillow cases and towels were very clean

We chose this location as it was close to the hospital for appointments. It’s also close to public transport and shops. The room is nice, bed comfy and appliances new, but I noticed not very clean. The walls look dirty, there’s lots of dust and the shower had hair everywhere and a heap of mould.

High price for small room, noisy guests at all hours. Sign says “Food Wine Sleep”. None of the first two onsite and a little of the last. Staff friendly and welcoming and property clean, several restaurants, pubs and shops within easy walk

Stayed for 2 nights in May 2025. The staff at reception were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable and we slept well. Very quiet. Easy walking distance to the shopping centre. When we checked out the staff kept our bags for a few hours so we could go to the shopping centre before going to the airport. Was very much appreciated! We will stay there again when in Perth.

The room was cosy but very clean and very friendly and helpful staff even after normal hours. I appreciate why they need to take a $200 bond but it is quite a lot compared to other hotels.

Room was nice and had everything we needed (looked newly renovated), expensive compared to the hotels in Perth CBD but so is everything around Joondalup, no parking at front of hotel so have to go in/out the back way, shame the restaurant not open but all in all would recommend.
