"I always stay at The Manly Pacific when I travel for business bc of the location to my work and great vibe . I usually come every 2 months. I needed a late check out, which they kindly extended for me (which I paid for) however, I was put in a very basic room. No milk for the horrible INSTANT coffee, chair was worn out with holes in the leather, no full length mirror, generally not up to the standard I expect when I’m staying here, and I stay there a lot! A big disappointing."

"Oaks The Entrance Waterfront was a great location however the property is really dated. The staff were under the pump when everyone arrived at 2:00, and had some difficult people to deal with and managed it well with smiles on their faces doing the best they could. The pool has so many tiles missing off the surface you're lucky not to cut your feet, and the spa is awful. This area was huge and would be excellent if updated and maintained.The gym was closed altogether which was a big disappointment to us. The rooms are dated with difficult small access into the shower over a corner spa. The balcony area was lovely to sit and look over the water. The bed was comfortable and the kitchenette was handy and had everything you would need. "

"The place was great, check in was simple and quick. Only negative from my perspective was a very soft mattress. I had a very uncomfortable sleep because of that. Everything else was 10/10"

"Overall good hotel with a bar below and easy to get to in a good location. Beach and shops 1 min walk away so location was fantastic. The only issue i encountered was the room not having working air con and not being told about this when i checked in, so had to ask for a fan to be brought into the room."

"Stayed for 2 nights with 2 kids.. great location..ocean view suite..room was clean and big enough for the kids and has all modern amenities..we were on level 1 and the balcony opens to ocean view.. unfortunately the roof of the bar under the balcony was being repaired so there were some privacy issues.. Only feedback the toilet seat was cheap plastic which squeaked a lot and we were worried of it will crack.. Bar and bistro under had good options and cheaper as well.lot of restaurants as well around though everything is expensive compared to a Sydney restaurant..if you get a ocean suite get on level 2 .."
