"An absolutely beautiful property with a fantastic restaurant onsite. There was a cyclone during out stay and the staff went out of their way to make sure we were very well looked after, safe and comfortable. Would highly recommend The Terraces Boutique Apartments for accommodation, meals and service."
"Beautiful, semi-secluded lodge still walking distance to restaurants and Port Vila central district. The decor is just right and the balcony a huge perk. Nice kitchenette too. All in all, a good place to spend a few nights.
Note: the upper bedrooms have an open upper wall in the toilet/bathroom, so there is little "noise" privacy if travelling with a companion. Something to keep in mind if this is a concern for you. "
"We stayed here for 7 nights. It is a beautiful property, very easy to relax and be in nature. Staff were helpful and friendly. Conveniently located next to groceries, fresh produce market and bus stops.
Daily housekeeping seemed to be by request only. The rooms we stayed in both had issues (missing amenities or appliances in disrepair) but we would likely come again. If you have issues, raise them with Ros and she will get onto it.
The pool was a winner for our kids. Recommend the vegetable...
"We thought location was good, proximity to beach was excellent. Pool was lovely. Restaurant was expensive. No wifi in rooms was frustrating
No a/c was also a bit hard to take. Rooms were very hot.
Overall the place was nice. Staff were great "
"No hot water the first night, very old room, noisy, poor quality breakfast, not good value for money, front gate and reception close at 9PM so unable to access the carpark after that time."
"Loved this resort! So remote but next to town which was great! The only way to transport to town was taxi and everything here is pricey but the resort itself was beautiful. We really didn’t need to see the other beaches because the beach there was just as beautiful. Really quiet, the gym was ok but the pool was barely used. Some staff were really nice and welcoming and some were just normal. "
"The buggy service around the Island is pretty ordinary . Granted that they have to pick up and drop off guests all the time but there should be some priority given to some cases . eg: Like waiting to go to the airport with baggage. We waited for 45mins before we decided to walk up to the reception . we booked it for 12pm ( Dep at 1520hrs ) and at 1245 we decided to walk . This is not the fault of the operators ( drivers ) but management must give priority to departing Guests. More Island...

"Wonderful owner & staff. Very helpful. Cute little place that will make you feel like your have a more remote stay. Nice restaurant next door. Good access to Port Vila. "
"This property is on a Lagoon and to go to a beach with the ocean is a little bid difficult. You should consider to rent a car. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They showed me how to stop the little buses , where you can reach the city and also one nice beach. They have a wonderful garden and a small pool is also there. It was a pleasant stay. "

More water activities , Also the Guest Experience staff ( who were great) should all be on the same page when selling activities ... sometimes we got 3 different versions of the same activities with no definitive proposals or offer . We give them credit as they tried their best to offer the deals . Overall we were very happy with the staff
( brilliant ) . Its a beautiful Island resort with So Much potential to grow your business. Suggest some input from the locals and survey guests on the spot instead of Online reviews ( most will not do it ) . Thank you for a great time."
