Resort is undergoing some upgrades atm to cope with the expected influx of school holiday travelers, The rebuilt children's splash zone will be a treat once completed and the kitchen is in the process of being refit as well. Staff and management are great and a pleasure to communicate with. Prices for food and drinks are on par with town center so if you do not wish to travel there is that option, also there is a supermarket next door with ATM's on the outside of the building. If you wish to try some Kava, there is a couple of spots across the road from the supermarket.

The 3-bedroom villa is spacious, easy to navigate, and well-equipped with laundry facilities and great kitchen amenities. Downstairs, two bedrooms open onto a beautiful semi-enclosed patio. Opening the glass slats lets in a wonderfully refreshing sea breeze. The bathrooms are comfortable and spacious, with excellent hot water. The downstairs shower features a semi-open-air design—while completely private and enclosed, it is open to the air above. If you prefer a traditional setup, you can easily use the fully enclosed upstairs bathroom instead. Katia was a fantastic host—approachable, friendly, and an excellent communicator. Location-wise, a convenience store is just a 30-second walk away, making it effortless to grab basic groceries and satisfy late-night cravings. While parking is available directly in front of the property, we chose to take the local buses to avoid parking hassles at popular tourist spots, which worked out seamlessly. Highly recommended due to the perfect better than expected beach access and ocean views.

For our first time in Vanuatu we managed to book 2 nights here before moving over to Port Vila for the remainder of our trip. The transfer from the airport to the banana boat and then welcome to the hotel was great after a delayed flight. If you have mobility issues, this probably isn’t the place for you as you’ll need to manage your bags on a floating pontoon. The staff are all incredible and so kind. We checked in to villa 2 and while we booked through Expedia, we were sent a text long before departing offering us an upgrade to a pool villa for a fee, We accepted the offer and it was confirmed but when we arrived, no pool. While disappointed, we didn’t raise this with staff as we could hear another couple have the same thing happen and were complaining so we didn’t want to put added pressure on the staff and just used the hotel pool. We walked to Embas beach, the shipwreck and both the local villages and it was incredible to see the local way of life. Again a reminder of our privilege. The food was great & while sometimes they’ve run out of things, you need to remember you’re on an island as an extremely privileged tourist. There are no shops or other restaurants on the island so you may want to bring over some snacks. We booked the sunrise tour on our departure day but it was cancelled due to the tide being too low. The hotel also arranged our transfer from moso to Port Vila and the trip was smooth and efficient.
