Resort is undergoing some upgrades atm to cope with the expected influx of school holiday travelers, The rebuilt children's splash zone will be a treat once completed and the kitchen is in the process of being refit as well.
Staff and management are great and a pleasure to communicate with.
Prices for food and drinks are on par with town center so if you do not wish to travel there is that option, also there is a supermarket next door with ATM's on the outside of the building.
If you wish to try some Kava, there is a couple of spots across the road from the supermarket.

Beautiful location, friendly cleaners, perfect water and sunset view. Private road so was harder to get bus. but the villas itself is stunning
