"A nice comfortable place to stay. Big rooms, good beds, quality breakfast and great pool. Just a short stroll down the hill to the centre of town, with excellent cafes on the way, but still quiet. And a two minute walk to supermarkets. I stay there every time in in Port Vila."

"Island Magic is in a lovely location. It’s right on the waterfront and there is fantastic coral coming right up to the jetty. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Damien and Caroline are great hosts — very welcoming and helpful. They have great staff working with them too — always ready to help with a smile. The property is a little way out of town on a gravel road, so be ready for a bumpy ride for the last 5 mins or so. We were lucky to be welcomed in to expat drinks on Friday when we arrived, which was a lot of fun and an incredible way to pick up tips for the holiday to come. The only downside is a bit of bass coming from a nearby resort now and then, but that’s just part of island life!"

"Toilests are filty and run down the bathrooms have no proper shower and hot water .Cochroches everywhere no eating utensils no sheets on the bed only tiny blanket. Power points arent working, fan turn on no control full blast only. To make matters worst the care taker cant speak English French or Bishlama only Chinese just wondering where this care taker came from.We need someone to communicate with.The only one good thing there was the friendly security and the house keeping lady who communicates very friendly with us .Thanks to them."

"The toilet pipe broke and flooded our room. The lift was broken to the pool and restaurant. The room was pretty wheelchair accessible except for small step to veranda and I would suggest putting a fold down shower chair. The staff were amazing and very helpful. The tour operator at the resort, Miguel was very accommodating and supportive of our needs. Overall had a lovely time."

"Food offerings were pretty standard, although the Teppanyaki was awesome. Pool was very good. Boat to the Erakor resort for Lunch/Dinner was very useful. Significant refurbishment from 8am to 5pm was annoying, made it difficult to relax on the verandah - due to drilling/grinding etc. Room was well located next to the lagoon, spacious and functional. Loved our 1st visit to Vanuatu, the close proximity of Erakor and Ramada hotels provided lots of eating/drinking options."

"Absolutely loved staying at this beach bungalow. Morning sunrise while having a coffee and afternoon sunset having a Tusker. Nice clean bungalow with outdoor area near pool and side deck with barbecue."
