"We spent two nights in Pompeii. The large open room was all we needed to sleep and clean up for our visit to the Pompeii ruins. The breakfast that was included was totally worth it. Our room was an easy 500m walk from the reception. We even managed to do a load of laundry(coins only). Easy walk from Pompeii ruins to the hotel reception. Coffee at breakfast was supreme!"

Wouldnt mind more authentic italian breakfast. Dinner on site at restaurant/winery. Excellent service and spumante! Food was not our favorite....such great pizza in Pompei, however a bit of a walk on dull and busy road. Easy walk to see ruins or scavi...it takes 25 minutes to entrance at piazza anfiteatro. Pompei isnt just remnants, but rather a small thriving city where the ruins are within. Silly me, thought Pompei was only a lost city."

"Nice B&B next to the ruins of Pompeii the room was tiny with very little amenities. Breakfast was proved but just basic. "

"Nice hotel. Amazing breakfast and fantastic views from the roof top Terrace. Sadly there was building work going on in the room next to us which disturbed us a little first thing (and the maid tried to enter the room to clean it two hours before check out which was a little odd). Would still stay again as it was perfect for a visit to the town. "

"The room was in great condition, clean, overlooking the gulf and across from Mount Vesuvius. The bathtub was heavenly, staff was friendly and spoke English well enough for us to converse. We booked here for the views and the idea that we would easily be able to get to the train station in Castellammare di Stabia via the offered shuttle. Here are the cons. The listings indicate that there is a shuttle to the train station during scheduled times and at request but apparently that is closed during the offseason so we paid about $40/day for a taxi to take us 2 miles each way. The breakfast buffet with the same thing each day. Communication with the hotel prior to our arrival was difficult, emails going unanswered and then not including requested information. Booking through Expedia doesn't allow you to log in to the hotel booking directly to add anything on to your reservation and doing so separately didn't result in getting what was requested. We visited in February, knowing that it is the off season and some things would not be available to us, however, many things were not mentioned that would be closed during this time. The outdoor pool was closed, and that was well advertised, but you would think it would be covered or at least not green and slimy looking. The excursions they can assist with don't exist in winter either. With a nearly empty resort and many amenities unavailable at this time, you would think they would have upgraded our room or something."
