"Great views and well stocked kitchen for very active home cooking. Movie theater exceeded all expectations.Trouble with dishwasher draining, handyman fixed once but issue returned. A little challenging to balance nighttime temperatures with bottom floor bedroom very warm and upstairs bedroom over carport very cold."

"Charming and quiet space which was the perfect spot for our girls weekend! We enjoyed the cute and cozy accommodations. All of the beds (even the pull out sofa!) we extremely comfortable. Neighborhood is a great location for a quick drive into the lovely downtown and not far from the city either. Teresa was easy to reach and shared information ahead of time about parking. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat and will be recommending it to others. "

"As mentioned in many reviews, the view is phenomenal as you are, literally, right on the sand. You get priceless sunsets from the comfort of your large deck, complete with several chairs for taking it all in.The house was spotless, linens comfy and soft, the kitchen was fully equipped with every single thing we needed to make a family holiday meal. The wood-burning fireplace is the only "real" heat upstairs but warmed the place nicely and quickly. The upstairs layout was ideal for our family gathering...cozy and yet open at the same time. It was not ideal to NOT have interior, direct access to the downstairs but we knew the situation going in and were able to make it work with little nuisance factor. The only other negative a couple times was the smell of the holding tank when down on the lower outdoor space.Management was AMAZING. They responded immediately to any question and went out of their way several times to provide information in a timely manner. They even made a special trip to take pictures of everything the kitchen had so we could plan our holiday meal. Overall, it was a lovely home for a small family gathering and THE PERFECT house to enjoy the ocean and sunsets. We look forward to renting it again. "

"The reception desk was exceptional and the location and quality of the well appointed room couldn't have been better, will definitely be back and visit again! However, I would recommend calling the actual hotel you are wanting to book before booking with Expedia. The hotel pricing upon check-in was below Expedia's listed rate and after a long conversation with Expedia, they didn't honor the lower rate. In my opinion, this is a poor business decision by Expedia and I won't be using their services again."
