"Beautiful view around the property. The office staff were great. It was nice having a restaurant on the property as well. Only downside I would say is the walls are extremely thin, I could hear the people next to us so clearly, it was like they were in the same room. Also, found a glucose test strip in the bed which makes me think they might’ve not changed the sheets."

"Rooms were very clean and decorated with a fun beach vibe. Beds are very comfortable and there’s parking right out front. There’s not anyone at the front desk on a regular basis so make sure you ask any questions prior to arriving. Overall though, lovely experience!"

"Amazing Ocean View from the comfort of a cozy well furnished living room. Just open the windows and listen to the waves crash. Well equipped kitchen with a goodie snack basket. Clean, comfortable bed, dog friendly, plenty of towels, sheets and blankets and just a few minutes walk to the dog beach. Easy to reach and very accommodating host. Had a great visit, will be back."

"We had a wonderful stay here. The location was excellent...back from Oceana Drive, so quiet, but just back, so a very short and very pleasant walk to the beach, general store or restaurant (high marks for the restaurant too!). The deck and views from the deck are even better than in the photos and was one of our favorite things about the stay. We had panoramic ocean views and, because of the way the deck is situation compared to the neighboring homes, we had a really good level of privacy--which is not easy to pull off there.Other quick thoughts: well appointed kitchen, lots of extra linens (which we didn't need, but it was nice that they were there), very comfortable beds with quality bedding, great showerhead, and an overall nice welcoming, homey feel. We liked also that the bedrooms were on a different level than the main rooms. Joy was super responsive to all our communications and we really appreciated how truly dog friendly she was and the place is. Thank you Joy and Caitlin!"

"We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, just steps from the dog-friendly beach. The kitchen is well-stocked with appliances and supplies to make meals. The setup is really nice overall, with lots of places to hang bags, clothing, etc. The host communicated well via vrbo. I did end up putting the trash out for Wednesday pick up. I wasn't sure if that was up to me or not."
