"Amazing stay for 7 days in August. Immediately the front staff were so helpful when there was a problem with the first from they couldn’t have been more willing to accommodate and friendly. The room was immaculately maintained throughout the stay and an oasis at the end of the day. The complimentary mini bar was a lovely touch! Also the staff at golden child were so great always welcoming and just a lovely space to enjoy a few drinks before heading out for the evening with great happy hour prices and choice of drinks and snacks. The location is 10/10 loads of places to eat drink visit nearby. The 6 train subway is about 3 mins away on each direction and one block away you get an amazing view of the Empire State building! Really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend"

"staff members were helpful and friendly, rooms were clean and we appreciated the complementary water bottles! luggage storage was also available for us after checking out so we were able to explore the city some more without the hassle of our luggage! would stay here again:) the only negative was the destination fee which was $200 USD for our 5 night stay but it was also disclosed ahead of time and the staff was able to explain it to us!"

"The room was super clean, staff is friendly, i can't say about breakfast, and air conditioning was powerful but noisy. Room is spacious, different from other hotels in the same price range. Hotel location is great. Behind the front desk they have a mini shop with snacks, chocolate, beverages and self checkout, which was very useful. They also have little umbrellas for around $20. The downside and really annoying was the bottom portion of the shower booth glass, that was leaking a lot. I had to clean up the mess after every bath, because no matter how careful I was, when closing the door and even trying to manage the water flow with my own body to prevent the water from hitting that area, it would leak anyway and quickly make a pool outside. Room 1802, unsure if it's a common issue. But I would still come back to Hilton, for the spacious and very comfortable clean room."

"I would not recommend this if you’re looking for a quiet spot. There are people going in and out at all hours of the night because of the nightclub. Our room was still quiet, but it is something to be aware of. The lobby was often hectic too. The space was very clean and well decorated. It’s conveniently located too. I would stay again, except that the staff was not overly warm. Rooms are great."
