"We were a group of 4. Our rooms were ocean front, 20’ from the water with private patios and balconies. Incredibly beautiful! One of our group had a garden room, which didn’t get the ocean breeze but felt like being in the jungle. The rooms were large and clean with ceiling fans and a/c. The hotel staff was lovely! The hotel is very safe and secure with a locked gate and overnight security guard. We always felt safe! The restaurant staff was 10 stars!! Big shout outs to Isaac, Daniel, and the tall guy from Argentina (forgot his name.) The food was delicious, and the drinks were strong. The property is so pretty, small scale and close to the ground, with a lovely interior garden. If you like cats, there is a family of 6 living in a lot across the street, and a couple of chickens. The bar right beside the hotel takes care of them ❤️ The hotel is a quiet oasis, and all the action is steps away on Quinta Avenida. 10th and 15th Avenidas are a few blocks walk, a little quieter, with a huge variety of bars and restaurants. There is shopping everywhere, a lot of it typical tourist fare, but off 5th Ave it gets cheaper. There is a an artisan market Thurs-Sun every week on 8th St and 15th Ave where we found unique, handmade, top quality art, jewelry, crafts and clothing, and there are many food vendors. Lots of locals in the plaza and sometimes entertainment. Definitely worth checking out the market for an authentic Mexican experience! About a 5 minute walk from the hotel. "

". The Pros- spitting distance from the ocean, restaurants, 5th avenue, and a very decent soaking pool on the roof. The cons- The bed was hard, and i mean really hard. If you are an early to bed person, remember that this little gem is right in the middle of party central. So it is going to be loud later at night. Overall, for under $50 USD a night it was worth it to us."

"The rooms were clean, spacious, and serviced daily, which we really appreciated. We stayed in Room 205, and unfortunately, the bathroom had a noticeable sewer smell. When we mentioned it to the receptionist, there seemed to be a misunderstanding, and we were informed the hotel was fully booked, so changing rooms wasn’t an option. There was also construction happening during the day, and as a result, the pool couldn’t be used because small white debris was falling into the water. That said, the staff were fantastic, and the location was excellent — both definite highlights of our stay. I would have happily given 5 stars if not for the bathroom odor issue. Overall, I still totally recommend this place and believe it’s a great option, especially because of the service and location."
