"This room was a total scam and an absolute nightmare. My group of three arrived for our reservation (Itinerary #73385854556489) only to find a property in a state of complete abandonment and structural decay. ​The conditions were appalling: ​Safety Hazard: The mattresses were so worn out that you sink straight to the bed frame when sitting down. ​Disgusting State: Bed linens were torn, and the room felt filthy. ​Structural Damage: The wooden floors were rotting and soft under the carpet, with cracked walls and baseboards detached from the floor. ​It was so terrible and unsafe that we refused to stay. We preferred to lose our money and pay for another hotel elsewhere rather than spend a single night in this "dump". ​To make matters worse, Expedia’s customer support has been non-existent. Their automated systems and human agents disconnect you immediately, making it impossible to resolve the issue. ​Save your money and your safety: STAY AWAY from Port Macquarie Hotel."
