"Lovely family holiday! Kids had fun...only one thing made me a little cranky was we were told that at upgrade was at no extra charge then when we went to checkin we were told it was an extra $500. "Have stayed many times over many years. Lots a cobwebs internal window and corners. Pool area lounges are cracked, broken and really uncomfortable. No shade (umbrellas) made a stay in the pool area unpleasant. Maybe some padded pool lounges or better quality outdoor furnishings and some shaded areas ..."…""Have stayed many times over many years.
