Come and relax in this quiet, 2024 built 1-bedroom self-contained property located only 300 meters from both Port Macquarie' s beautiful Shelly and Nobbys Beaches. Centrally located, it is only 10 minutes to the airport and 5 minutes into Port Macquarie's CBD. Ideal for a couple's getaway, working professionals or a holiday for a small family.
The Property Consists of 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom and a combined lounge and Kitchen area. The property also has its own private gated courtyard. The Kitchen includes all amenities and facilities needed to live in fulltime. Also included is a combined Washer and Dryer allowing you to wash & dry clothes if required. The lounge room boast a large smart TV, dining table and lounge / fold out bed. The main bedroom has a queen size bed, wardrobe and a smart tv. The courtyard is fully private and has outdoor furniture and a Webber BBQ allowing you to relax and enjoy any time of the day. Fast Wi-fi access is included with the accommodation. There is a large kid's playground only a short walk away located right next to both Nobbys and Shelly Beaches. Restaurants and Cafe's only minutes away and supermarkets only a 5-minute drive.

Amazing stay !! Clean and Tidy. Very organised and the owners of the stay thought of everything right down to the information book full of recommendations for food and activities ! It was great and would recommend to anyone !
We stayed here with our two kids and honestly could not fault it. The apartment was new, modern and very clean, and a great size for a one bedroom place. We all fit comfortably and it had everything we needed. The location was excellent with the beach just a couple of minutes walk away, and the small outdoor area out the front was perfect for meals and using the clothesline.Communication was great from start to finish. Tim was quick to respond and very clear with access instructions. Despite being attached to the main residence, the apartment felt completely private with its own entrance. We really wished we could have stayed longer and would happily stay again.
