Set proudly, on the sweeping curvature of North Harbour's pristine canal shoreline, this stunning contemporary waterfront home embraces the full panorama of its surrounding aquatic paradise with fine lawns easing to the waters' edge.

This property is sure to impress with beautiful blackbutt timber floors, three generous sized bedrooms, master bedroom with king sized bed, walk-in robe, wall mounted TV, ensuite with modern rain shower head, 2nd bedroom with queen sized bed and wall mounted TV and third bedroom has a queen-sized bed and modern bathroom upstairs.

Downstairs enjoy the expansive open light-filled living spaces, state of the art Caesarstone kitchen, laundry with washer and dryer and handy powder room and double lock up garage. This property also offers complimentary Wi-Fi.

Saltwater plunge pool, set against harbour backdrop. All this and only 1.5km to Settlement City and Panthers Club and 2.8km to Town Centre. (Please note there is no jetty for this property)

Reviewer Comments: The property was very clean at surface level but really needs a spring clean - especially fly screens, sticky cupboard handles, sticky marks in pantry, marks on walls etc. All beds definitely need replacing. Advert says no linen, but on arrival the only things missing were sheets, towels and bathmats. There was a large selection of pillows and blankets too. While there was lots of kitchen equipment, less of better quality would be better.

Reviewer Comments: The Townhouse had small ants throughout the house including kettle, kitchen bench and cupboards, floor of ground floor, main bedroom walk in wardrobe shelves and walls which infested our cloths, bedroom area walls including the bed.Cockroaches were found in all wet areas seen coming up from drains.Vacumm cleaners were full and filters must be replaced as they hardly pick anything up

Such a wonderful place to host our family from the UK. The views were spectacular, the beds comfortable with ample space for everyone, well equipped and the fish were biting. Couldn't ask for more! We would recommend this property to anyone visiting Port Macquarie!

House was clean, beds were comfortable, kitchen supplies had everything we needed to cook, decent size fridge, pool was a bonus despite being winter, our teenage boys were able to use the pool as an ice bath for recovery as we were in Port Macquarie for a Rugby tournament over the long weekend. We arrived after hours and checked out on the weekend (which is classified as after hours), the instructions given weren’t complicated and we had a smooth check in/check out. House was very central to the fields and main town. Would definitely book here again when we visit next. Thank you!

Quality accommodations.

Quality accommodation , great location,small issue that could be fixed if the accommodations was managed better from Elders realestate.There communication was woefully.Aircondtioner dis not work downstairs the whole time even after contacted to report multiple times.Mattress in main room needs updating as you are sleeping on one that has no support at all .for the price you pay you need to have the little things fixed .We would come back again .
