"We had a wonderful stay at the hotel, our room with Turkish bathroom was perfect. The hotel location is really central which makes walking to Florence’s attractions so easy. The staff were all so helpful and welcoming. If we had to mention anything that could be improved, it would be the firmness of the beds, but this is personal preference, (a topper would be a perfect solution).
