My only complaint is that there was no coffee maker in the room, only a hot water kettle and instant coffee. "Three nights stay. All the staff were so friendly & helpful. Valet was super easy, again all the guys were really friendly & helpful. Room was clean & exactly as advertised. Pool was lovely & clean. Great views. We never made it to Bryd. Ate at the bar in the lobby, cocktails were good & food was really nice. Morning coffees were great too. Location - really close to VCU. Great bars, restaurants and coffee in Jackson & Monroe Ward. Walkable to Hollywood cemetery & the war memorial & civil war museum. "
