"The view made it worth it. Cleanliness was sub par, and the person who helped us get a shuttle told the driver the wrong airport. We caught it before we got all the way to SAW thankfully, or else we would have missed out flight out of IST. The place also advertised it included airconditioning when it did not. There was also a huge cockroach in the pool area. But man.. the view is incredible that is undeniable. "

"Great hotel, great location, great amenities Only issue was the ritz Carlton driver on the way to the airport tried overcharging by an extra 500 lira even though it was a fixed fair. He backed down after some argument but not a nice look on the ritz Carlton to allow this type of behaviour "
